At JNC Wheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your JNC Wheels account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any old shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
